Delivery by Nova Poshta to the branch

You pay for the order delivery according to Nova Poshta's tariffs. The delivery time of the order ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination city.

When paying for the order with cash on delivery, you additionally pay the cost of transferring money (20 UAH + 2% of the order amount). If you pay for the order in advance, there is no need to pay the money transfer fee.

When receiving the parcel, you must have your passport with you, and the full name in the passport must match the data provided when placing the order.

Attention! The parcel is stored for free at the Nova Poshta branch for 7 days. Further storage of the parcel for the next 23 days is chargeable. In accordance with Nova Poshta's tariffs, the storage of a parcel weighing up to 2kg costs 10 UAH per day, and for a parcel over 2 kg, 20 UAH per day is charged. After 30 days (7 + 23), the parcel will be disposed of.

Courier delivery across Ukraine

Courier delivery of orders to the specified address in Ukraine is carried out according to Nova Poshta's tariffs.

Cash payment

You can pay for the order in cash both in case of courier delivery to a specific address and when receiving the order at the branch.

Payment to a PrivatBank card

The payment amount should correspond to the cost of your order. You also pay a fee for transferring money according to the bank's tariffs. The transfer takes from 5 minutes to 3 business days.

Payment on the website through the LigPay payment system

You can pay for the order directly on the website through the LigPay payment system.
